Originals or Reproductions??

thank you for respecting the rights of artists :)
I am so thrilled with how these prints turned out!!! It really is hard to tell if they are prints or originals. I had birch plywood cut to size, painted the back and sides black and then I adhered the prints to the plywood…..let dry for several hours and finished with three coats of matte varnish to protect the print. I am preparing for The Creative Connection Event (Mom and I leave on the 14th…yikes!) so these and any I get done between now and then are going with me, but when we return I will be offering prints for sale at my Etsy shop.

Teresa, you just brought back a host of memories from our wholesaling days. This is what hubby and I used to do! We didn’t varnish them though. We used antique brown paste wax and it aged them as well as gave them a nice mellow patina. But it’s a lot of work! Hope you sell a ton!
Hugs, Diane
