The Jingle Ball 2025!

December 11, 2025

Hey Friends,

Last weekend, December 5, 6 and 7, the cross stitch industry held the biggest, bestest virtual Christmas party in the land! Once the ball started at 3pm eastern on Friday, December 5, it was open 24 hours a day until midnight December 7th.

The Jingle Ball is mostly about cross stitch but you can find other needlework patterns there as well, such as, wool applique, quilting and punchneedle.

Twelve very talented designers set up a virtual shopping booth, host finishing classes, record entertainment videos, host meet n’ greets and more. Each also design an ornament for the Jingle Ball Baubles Ornament Book.

The ball is hosted by Stephanie and Jason Webb of Lindy Stitches. This year was the 4th Jingle Ball and it just gets better every year!

For a mere $15 for the admission ticket, you get access to everything but the finishing classes (they cost extra). Here’s what that golden admission tickets gets you:

  • Access to the shopping haul where you can shop from 12 designers who have at least one exclusive, new releases, fun accroutrement and a freebie chart.
  • In the main hall, there is an entertainment reel that plays all weekend….8 hours of videos from the 12 designers.
  • Each designer hosts a live meet & greet where you can ask your burning questions to your favorite designer.
  • Access to stitching tables. There are several stitching tables which are set up kinds like a zoom call. You can sit and stitch with friends or make new friends. You can come and go from table to table. They are open the entire time the ball is going on.
  • Speed dating! This is a fun feature. You enter speed dating and are paired with another person for 5 minutes. Then you go to the next person for 5 minutes and so on.
  • Classes….these cost extra, but each designer offers a class for approximatley 2 hours. I taught punchneedle this year. See photos below.
  • The option to buy the Jingle Ball Baubles Ornament Book. All 12 designers have an ornament tin the book.
  • Santa joins in on the fun Sunday evening. He is so gracious to spend time with us stitchers!

Below are my contributions to the 2025 Jingle Ball.

My punchneedle class was VERY hands on. I offered a limited amount of kits and then anyone could get a PDF. I gave the students a coupon code to get my online punchneedle tutorial for FREE. I also did a livestream a couple weeks before the ball to go over any questions or concerns they had. I used a camera facing down to give instruction.

The class was 2 hours for the finishing of the pouch and we used ALL 2 hours! lol! I wanted EVERYONE to be able to do the finishing so everything was hand sewn. A sewing machine would have made it faster but not everyone has a sewing machine. The class was so fun and the students were attentive and asked great questions!

After the class, I emailed all the students a PDF tutorial with many up close photos for the finishing. I am also charting this design for cross stitch for the students which will read “I Stitch”.

This design in punchneedle and cross stitch will be released fall 2026.

My ornament is really small. Stitch count only 52 x 67. I wanted to design something small enough to be able to stitch and have it hanging on the tree this Christmas. I also hope we all keep the true meaning of Christmas in our hearts because Jesus is the Reason for the Season.

This design will be released fall of 2026.

I adore this sweet Santa reminding us there’s no pouting during the Christmas Season!

This design will be released fall of 2026.

Moonlit Snowfall is in honor of my Father. He passed December 18, 2014. I miss him terribly! He loved to sit in their 4 season room (three sides of the room was all windows from floor to ceiling) and watch the snow fall slowly to the ground as the birds ate from the several feeders he had in the backyard. It was a peaceful place to be during the snow. The stitch count is 142 x 37.

This design will be release fall 2026.

Frosty Pals is a new release. It was available as a booklet to be shipped or a PDF. It was a huge hit at the ball! Below are all the details.

This design will be released at the Nashville market March 2026 and only as a booklet. No PDFs.
