Baked Shrimp Linguine Scampi
This is a quick, easy and delicious dinner that Kevin and I rely on every so often….you know…when you forget to thaw something out for dinner…..anyhoo…..here it is, enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, thawed, rinsed, deveined and dried
- 6 oz (3/4 cup) butter melted
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- linguine noodles
Directions
- Boil water for linguine
- Pour melted butter into 9×13 dish
- Mix garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, lemon juice and wine into melted butter
- Place shrimp in single layer in melted butter mix
- Bake 400 degrees 10-13 minutes
- Boil linguine at same time according to the directions on the box
- Drain linguine when fully cooked.
- Remove shrimp from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
You can add the shrimp to the linguine but we don’t do that because we don’t eat a lot of pasta. We just take a little pasta and put on our plate then load it up with the buttery shrimp mixture
This is the best frozen shrimp in the marketplace! We buy it at Kroger.
