Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons parmesan
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large portobello mushrooms or 10 white (or baby bella) mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- CombineĀ all ingredients except bread crumbs
- Stuff the mushroom caps with mixture and top with bread crumbs
- Spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray to help them brown
- Transfer to oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the filling is hot and melted
