Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms or 10 white (or baby bella) mushroom caps
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • CombineĀ all ingredients except bread crumbs
  • Stuff the mushroom caps with mixture and top with bread crumbs
  • Spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray to help them brown
  • Transfer to oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the filling is hot and melted
