Got home last night around 10:30. Super fun in Chicago….as you can tell by the photos…..

Saturday night we went to Howl at the Moon. It’s a piano bar with LARGE drinks! The top right photo is us at the bean in Millennium Park. Bottom is at Navy Pier.

Last day in Chicago. Headed back home on the train today. Miss my family and my furry babies but made some great memories in the windy city. Will share photos tomorrow.

This is me……
I’m so overwhelmed these days! Briahnna’s wedding was last Saturday, Sunday they opened the wedding gifts, then Mon-Wed I puppy-set my Mom’s sweet lil’ Emma Sue, and tomorrow I leave for Chicago! Oh, and Ryan texted me today and said Monday is the last opportunity he’ll have to hand out open house invitations to his friends at school, so that’s what I’m working on now.
Sooooo, needless to say, I am behind on my whimsy 365 challenge! I will get my sketching caught up on the train ride to and from Chicago so next Tues/Wed I’ll will upload them all and be back on track!

Whimsy 365: Day 223
Leaving for Chicago early tomorrow morning. Jill, my friend from high school, and I are taking the train to Chicago and we’re meeting up with another high school friend for the weekend. Kristin, her daughter and her daughter’s bf are coming in from Tennessee. The weather is suppose to be amazing this weekend so we are all so excited to spend this time together is such an amazing city!
