Hubby and I are going to see Steely Dan in concert tonight! Summer fun…..well…it’s suppose to be in the 60s tonight so not really summer fun but spring fun. lol

It’s official. Ryan is a KHS (Kearsley High School) Alumni!! Congratulations! We’re so proud of you.
These “kids” met in elementary and are still close friends. They’re a great group of young adults and will have wonderfully successful and fulfilling lives.

I saw a pendant that read “I’ll wait for you” and this image came to my head. It’s so touching. I can’t imagine having your husband leave half way across the world and be put in harms way while you are at home waiting and worrying. My heart goes out not only to the man or woman that has to leave the comfort of home to go to war but for the loved ones left behind. You all amaze me.

Whew!!! What an amazing weekend! First and foremost….we honor and thank all the veterans that sacrificed for our freedoms. Also a big thank you to those currently serving. God speed.
Kevin and I worked outside the entire weekend. It was in the 80s and sunny. Ryan’s graduation party is here at our home on July 18th so we are spending every free moment working on the house and yard. Things are getting done that needed done years ago! lol….you’ve been there…..you get it
